About Brett Balda
Brett joined Davidson Bogel Real Estate as an Intern in May of 2016. With a background in realty and development, he is able to assist the team with comprehensive market analysis, developing client relationships, and in-and- out of the office needs. In addition, his persistent attitude and enthusiastic approach bring youth and energy to the office. Growing up with a father in real estate, Brett acquired a strong interest in the industry. His variety of jobs throughout highschool and expereinces in college has given him the clarification that real estate is his passion. Brett prides himself on being a true Aggie Football fan and enjoys spending his weekends at Texoma Lake.
Before joining the Davidson Bogel team, Brett was able to work on the ground-level of real estate as an intern with Keller-Williams Realty. While interning with Keller-Williams he was also enrolled in core real estate classes, which helped him gain knowledge of the core principles thus improving his ability to serve clients. Under the wing of top Dallas Realtor, Dan Harker, Brett was able to gain first-hand experience in research, analysis, and marketing techniques.
Currently a student at the University of Texas A&M, Brett has become a member of the Aggie Investment Club, the Professional Association of Industrial Distribution, the Dwight Look School of Engineering, as well as the Alpha Mu chapter of Phi Gamma Delta. Brett is pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Distribution with a Minor in Business.
